Andrew Yaroma
Senior Associate - Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners

Andrew Yaroma is a Senior Associate on the originations team of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (WDIP). In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing real estate equity and debt investment opportunities.
Prior to joining WDIP, Mr. Yaroma held an Acquisitions & Asset Management role at Black Creek Group (now Ares), an Investment Sales role at HFF (now JLL), and a Senior Associate position at Ernst & Young where he was a CPA on the real estate assurance team.
Mr. Yaroma earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
