Since going public in 2010, we’ve regularly issued restricted stock grants to all employees. Non-commissioned employees can receive bonuses of 10 percent or more of their salaries. Our service awards recognize three-, five-, 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-year milestones with bonuses and paid vacations of up to $25,000.
