Unlike most large commercial servicers who take a “call-center” approach to loan servicing, Walker & Dunlop has a designated loan analyst assigned to every loan in our portfolio. Each analyst is an expert in his/her respective product type and able to assist borrowers with any servicing-related issue that may arise during the term of the loan. The Intern will be tasked with calculating replacement cost value on loans originated under the Freddie Mac portfolio using Marshall and Swift model; and documenting insurance requirements in Salesforce in order to effect efficient processing of compliance reviews in the Insurance Compliance Evaluation system.
