Charlie Hoeven
Associate Director, Investment Sales
Charlie Hoeven is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Kansas City, Kansas. In his role, he is responsible for representing institutional and private clients in the valuation and disposition of multifamily assets across the Midwest.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hoeven served as an accounting director at Kansas City Life Insurance Co., where he led the investment accounting department for an investment portfolio consisting of securities, commercial mortgage loans, and commercial real estate. As the head of investment accounting, Mr. Hoeven was responsible for overseeing internal and external reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting financial analysis.
Mr. Hoeven earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Arkansas and obtained his CPA license in Missouri and Arkansas.
