Victoria Coates
Equity Director - Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners
Victoria Coates is an Equity Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners based in Denver, CO. In her role, she is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and underwriting investment opportunities across the equity investment platform.
Prior to WDIP, Ms. Coates was a vice president of acquisitions and development at Capital Square, a national real estate firm. Before that, she was on the development team at JBG Smith, a real estate company focused on the Washington, DC market.
Ms. Coates earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA.
