Executive insights with George Hincapie, professional cyclist

Our 2018 Summer Conference was filled with interesting speakers and insight, and our video crew was onsite to capture footage for our Executive Insights series.

In our second Executive Insights video our CEO, Willy Walker, interviews George Hincapie, a professional cyclist who holds a record for racing the Tour de France 17 times. George Hincapie was the domestique who guided three different Tour de France champions to a total of 11 victories.

Hincapie discusses critical leadership lessons he learned as both the designated leader for the Spring Classics and the right-hand man in a support role to Lance Armstrong, Cadel Evans and Alberto Contador in Grand Tours.

This is just one of the informative executive insights and leadership discussions between Willy Walker and leaders of their field during Walker & Dunlop’s 2018 Summer Conference in Sun Valley, Idaho.
