At Walker & Dunlop, we are dedicated to providing housing. It’s not just a business for us, though - it’s a passion. Which is why we have built out a robust program aimed at corporate philanthropy. As part of our CSR initiatives, we have partnered with two incredible charities that work tirelessly to alleviate poverty and homelessness: Community Solutions and LIFT. Over the past four years, Walker & Dunlop has raised over $850,000 for LIFT and Community Solutions, including $250,000 in 2018 and $206,000 in 2017.
In this post, we’ll be spotlighting the incredible work done by Community Solutions – keep an eye out for Part 2 to learn more about LIFT.

Since its inception as 100,000 Homes in January 2015, Built for Zero has helped:
Walker & Dunlop is proud to partner with Community Solutions to support Rosanne’s vision of ending veteran and chronic homelessness.
