2018 was a record-breaking year at Walker & Dunlop. Our total revenues grew to $725 million, and we’ve generated over $1 million in revenue per employee. These financial results would not be possible without our company-wide customer focus, a thoughtful deployment of our capital, and our exceptional culture. A few additional statistics:

• Total transaction volume reached $28.0 billion, an increase of 1% from 2017
• Net income of $161.4 million, or $5.04 per diluted share, a decrease of 24% from 2017
• Adjusted EBITDA of $220.1 million, an increase of 10% from 2017
• Servicing portfolio of $85.7 billion at December 31, 2018, up 15% from December 31, 2017
