Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) (the “Company”) announced today that Matt Naish has joined its Multifamily Finance group as senior vice president. Based out of the Company’s San Francisco, California office, Mr. Naish will use Walker & Dunlop’s strong relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to originate multifamily loans.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Naish was director of affordable housing finance at Berkeley Point Capital. He previously held multiple roles with HUD, where he developed an expertise in affordable housing policy and FHA multifamily products. In his most recent position at HUD as senior advisor to the deputy assistant for multifamily housing programs, Mr. Naish was involved in national policy and reorganization efforts.
