Walker & Dunlop arranged the construction financing along with SRF Ventures Inc. About $147 million of that came in the form of a first loan from Arkansas-based Bank of the Ozarks Inc and there was also a million junior or “mezzanine” loan of about $71 million made by Brevet Capital Management. The rest of the capital for the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek is in the form of equity from a private firm led by Mr. Schar.
