Walker & Dunlop structured $61M in financing for Miami’s first 100% income- and rent-restricted high-rise, Uni Tower, which is being developed by NR Investments. Uni Tower, located in Miami’s Wynwood arts and design district, a designated Opportunity Zone, will include 252 affordable and workforce housing units, 10,000 square feet of office space, and 4,500 square feet of retail space.
