Keystone Parkland LLC, an affiliate of Greensboro, North Carolina-based Bell Partners, sold the 396 apartments at 5851 Holmberg Road to CS1031 Parkland Apartments, managed by Louis J. Rogers as CEO of Glen Allen, Virginia-based Capital Square. Walker & Dunlop provided a $73.42 million mortgage to the buyer. The price worked out to $391,414 per unit.
