Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, Inc. announced today that it has grown its Southwest valuation and advisory team by adding seven appraisers. The newly combined team brings more than 250 years of combined appraisal experience, offering deep knowledge and extensive expertise that will ensure credible and timely reports for clients.

John Jordan, MAI joined Walker & Dunlop as managing director and brings with him nearly four decades of real estate experience. He was previously the owner of Deverick & Associates and formerly executive managing director at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services. Six additional appraisers joining the team include Jason Ribelin, senior director; Andrew Lim, associate; Ryan Blakeman, senior director; Austin Franklin, senior director; Corey Clifton, associate; and Travis Hall, associate.

In his new role, John is responsible for client relationships, business development, and expanding Agency expertise. He brings experience with nearly every property type and has worked in every state. He will work alongside Sid Womack, MAI, AI-GRS, FRICS, regional managing director at Apprise. The Southwest team currently has offices in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, covering valuations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. John's team of experts will cover other areas of the country as well.
