about Aaron Krasnow

Aaron Krasnow is a Senior Director of Originations at Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop company serving the Western Region. Mr. Krasnow has over 25 years of experience working in the LIHTC and affordable housing industries, spending time in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. During his career, he worked as a soft money lender, affordable housing developer, investment underwriter, and originator.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Krasnow originated approximately $750MM in federal and state tax credit investments for RBC Community Investments in properties throughout the Mountain West, Midwest, and Southwest. Mr. Krasnow has also been employed with MMA Financial (presently Boston Financial), Mercy Housing, and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.

Mr. Krasnow graduated with a degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Land Use Planning and Development from San Francisco State University. He lives in San Diego, CA.
