about Adam Cornelius

Adam Cornelius is a Senior Director of Capital Market, based in Lehi, Utah. In his role, Mr. Cornelius specializes in financing for affordable housing, HUD-insured mortgages, and multifamily properties. His role includes working in debt brokerage and arranging financing for clients across all capital sources and for all property types.

Mr. Cornelius brings nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Walker & Dunlop. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Cornelius worked at NorthMarq as a Vice President working as a HUD MAP Lender, FNMA, and FHLMC. Before that, he served as a Capital Markets Advisor for Marcus & Millichap, where he was involved in the placement of debt and equity for commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Cornelius earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
