about Alex Rongione

Alex Rongione is a Director on Walker & Dunlop’s Equity Investment team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and analyzing potential investments, joint venture structuring, financial modeling, due diligence, and property and portfolio valuation.

Prior to joining WDIP, Mr. Rongione was an Associate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Real Estate Americas group ($64BN AUM in 2021). In this role, he was responsible for acquiring and managing real estate investments across property types throughout the United States.

Mr. Rongione is an active participant in a NAIOP Developing Leaders Forum, a past participant in a ULI Young Leaders Partnership Forum, and a CFA charter holder. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Global Management.
