about Alex Vice

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Alex Vice is a Senior Director within the company’s seniors housing property sales group. He is responsible for the sale, disposition, and marketing of the full spectrum of seniors housing property types, including age-restricted, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and continuing care communities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Vice served as a business development associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division. There, he specialized in the disposition of seniors housing and long-term care communities on behalf of private and institutional investors as well as developers.

Mr. Vice received a Bachelor of Science in business management and entrepreneurship from Xavier University, where he was a pitcher on the baseball team from 2009 to 2013. Mr. Vice also earned his Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.
