about Alisan Rutland

Alisan Rutland, Managing Director, co-leads the investment sales team in Walker & Dunlop’s Dallas office. In this role, she is responsible for leading the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales, with a focus on Texas while playing an instrumental role in establishing and maintaining client relationships. With over a decade of experience, she has closed in excess of $5 billion of multifamily transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Rutland served as Vice President with JLL’s Capital Markets team for investment sales where she was responsible for multifamily marketing and sales.

Ms. Rutland earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Science in land development from Texas A&M University. She is an alumnus of The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) Associate Leadership Council class of 2015 and is currently an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) network.
