about Blair Holden

Blair Holden is a Director of Originations for Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. In his role, Mr. Holden is responsible for sourcing and structuring LIHTC Equity Investment opportunities and acquisitions throughout multiple southeastern and southwestern states. Mr. Holden has been involved in the financing, underwriting, and portfolio management of affordable and market-rate commercial real estate projects for over fifteen years.

Prior to Alliant Capital, Mr. Holden worked for SunTrust Community Capital as a LIHTC Debt Originator, focusing on the Southeast. Mr. Holden has previously held various lending, underwriting, and portfolio management roles with Community & Southern Bank and the Royal Bank of Canada.

Mr. Holden earned his BBA with a focus in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. In addition, he is also a member of the TAAHP Education Committee (Texas) and the City of Decatur's Affordable Housing Task Force (GA).
