about Bob Rice

Bob Rice is a Director of Investor Relations for Alliant Capital. In his role, Mr. Rice specializes in managing proprietary capital for Community Reinvestment Act motivated investors. Mr. Rice has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop he worked as a Senior Vice President for The Community Development Trust, a social services company that provides long-term capital to support the creation and preservation of high-quality affordable housing.

Mr. Rice earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from DePaul University and his master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago.
