about Brandon Strong

Brandon Strong is a Senior Director of Capital Markets based in Hartland, WI. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring financing for multifamily and commercial real estate nationally.

Mr. Strong has more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Strong has completed over 350 transactions with more than 50 different capital sources. He has arranged over $2.5 billion of capital while utilizing a variety of financing structures such as permanent, construction, bridge, and mezzanine debt. Additionally, he has structured more than $75 million in equity for his clients.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Strong held the position of vice president and served in a similar capacity at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. His experience includes sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and placing financing for properties located nationwide.

Mr. Strong earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
