Managing Director, Production Manager
Brittany Goodwin is a Managing Director and Production Manager focused on originating debt investments for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in March 2021, Mrs. Goodwin was a Senior Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Banking group at Bank of America. During her 14-year tenure at Bank of America, she held various roles within Debt Origination, Portfolio Management and Distressed Debt.
Mrs. Goodwin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a native of Chicago and moved to Denver in 2015, where she now resides with her husband (Geoff) and two kids (Grayden and Anna). In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains exploring the outdoors.
