about Chris Botsford

Chris Botsford, Managing Director, participates in the origination of multifamily properties out of Walker & Dunlop’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Botsford joined the Company in June 2014 and is an integral part of one of the top performing origination teams in the country. He is responsible for sourcing new multifamily loan opportunities as well as providing full transaction support to the team’s existing client base.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Botsford served as an assistant vice president at Wells Fargo where he participated in the underwriting of one of the first A/B permanent loans in the Wells Fargo Real Estate Group, coordinated ongoing relationships with clients, analyzed deals, and provided credit approvals.

Mr. Botsford earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance and marketing from the University of Southern California.
