about Chris Wilz

Chris Wilz, Director, is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office and is responsible for originating loans nationwide. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Wilz has been involved in numerous financing structures including permanent, construction, and bridge placements.  His primary focus is placing permanent loans for income-producing properties, such as multifamily, office, industrial, and retail.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Wilz served as a Vice President at Bank of the West, and he was previously a Vice President & Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank. 

Mr. Wilz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied banking, corporate, finance, and securities law.
