about Cliff Ayers

Based out of Walker & Dunlop’s headquarters office in Bethesda, Maryland, Cliff Ayers is a Vice President on the Capital Markets team. Mr. Ayers is responsible for structuring equity and sourcing debt financing solutions for commercial real estate developers and owners nationwide.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Ayers was a Director at MAC Realty Advisors, a Washington, D.C.-based brokerage firm where he sourced, marketed and closed debt, equity, and sale transactions for multifamily and retail properties. Prior to MAC, Mr. Ayers was a member of the Development team at EDENS, where he worked on a two million square-foot Mosaic project in Fairfax, Virginia, preparing various financial analyses and reports, as well as assisting in construction administration and supporting the development team.

Mr. Ayers earned a bachelor’s degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and he is a licensed salesperson in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
