about Craig Miller

Based in Austin, Texas, Craig Miller is a Director in Walker & Dunlop’s multifamily property sales group. Mr. Miller joined as part of Walker & Dunlop’s acquisition of FourPoint Investment Sales Partners in 2021. He is responsible for structuring equity and debt for purpose-built student housing and multifamily developments, as well as existing assets. Through abundant relationships, he sources capital and advises clients on all student housing real estate investments.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Miller served as Director for FourPoint Investment Sales partners. In this role, he was responsible for structuring debt and equity, investor relations, investment analysis, pricing and marketing strategy, and actively engaging with clients throughout the entirety of the disposition process. His prior experience consisted of conducting financial analysis and valuation of student housing and student-focused assets, having valuing over $10 billion worth of assets in his tenure.

Mr. Miller received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and earned his MBA from St. Edward’s University. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
