about David Jungreis

David Jungreis, Director, is responsible for nationwide loan origination, based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Englewood Cliff’s office. Mr. Jungreis joined Walker & Dunlop in January 2017, as a result of the Deerwood Real Estate Capital acquisition and specializes in bridge, CMBS, conventional, and construction financing.

Prior to joining Deerwood, Mr. Jungreis served as senior vice president at Alliance Private Capital Group, where he was responsible for underwriting acquisitions and debt placement of $2 billion annually, which led to tens of millions in profit for the company. Additionally, he prepared multiple memorandums per month for lenders to secure financing for various property types. Before Alliance, Mr. Jungreis served as a senior loan analyst for Eastern Union Funding.

Mr. Jungreis graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut.
