Debbie Casale
Executive Vice President, Closing
Debra Casale, Executive Vice President - Closing, manages the group which closes and funds all of the Company’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and its interim loans. In addition, Ms. Casale’s responsibilities include delivery of the loans to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae securities, backed by the FHA insured loans closed by the Company’s HUD group.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2008, Ms. Casale worked in the warehouse lending business for 25 years with responsibilities including credit underwriting and approval of warehouse lending borrowers.
Ms. Casale holds a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Temple University. In addition, she is a Certified Mortgage Banker.
