about Duncan McHale

Duncan McHale is a Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, the investment management and proprietary capital arm of Walker & Dunlop, Inc. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring and underwriting equity investment opportunities across the platform.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. McHale worked as an Associate at JCR Capital, which was acquired by W&D in 2020. Before that, he worked as an Investment Analyst at Perennial Capital Advisors, an independent investment management firm that focused on debt and equity private real estate strategies.

Mr. McHale earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at Brown University.
