about George Hanlon

George Hanlon is an Associate Director in Walker & Dunlop’s Investment Sales group in the Denver, Colorado office.  Mr. Hanlon is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and transacting multifamily investment opportunities throughout the Mountain region.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hanlon was involved in retail leasing & sales in the Denver area working with Grubb & Ellis and another boutique, local firm with a primary focus on grocery-anchored retail centers and national tenant representation.  Previously, Mr. Hanlon worked for one of the nation’s largest orthopedic device manufacturers, selling cutting edge medical technologies to surgeons in Colorado & Utah.

Mr. Hanlon graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder.  He is a member of Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and Denver Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).
