about Gregory West, Jr.

Gregory West, Jr. joined Walker & Dunlop in November 2014 as senior vice president. Mr. West provides financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Since joining Walker & Dunlop Mr. West has closed in excess of $700 million in commercial mortgages.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. West served as Johnson Capital’s senior vice president for 20 years where he originated, negotiated, and focused on underwriting permanent debt transactions. During his tenure at Johnson Capital, Mr. West was consistently among the top producers and originated in excess of $2.5 billion in commercial mortgages during that time. He has specialized in warehouse/distribution buildings throughout the United States.

Mr. West, a native Californian, holds a real estate finance degree from California State University, Fullerton. He is a member of numerous industry groups including ICSC and NAIOP.
