about Helen Oliver

Helen Oliver is a Senior Director at Alliant Capital. In her role, she is responsible for managing investor relationships and assisting in developing equity placement strategies. Ms. Oliver brings to Alliant over 12 years of experience as an investor or investor’s representative in syndicated LIHTC equity funds.

Prior to Alliant Capital, Ms. Oliver worked as a Vice President at State Street Bank, where she participated in the diligence and closing of over $1B in federal multi-investor fund and state LIHTC equity, as well as managed the Bank’s active portfolio of over $1.5B in LIHTC investments. Previously, Ms. Oliver was a consultant for bank and insurance company clients investing in LIHTC funds. Before focusing on the LIHTC industry, Ms. Oliver worked for over five years in public finance and economic development.

Ms. Oliver earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Swarthmore College and her master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
