about Jeff Price

Jeff Price, Managing Director, works within the investment sales team out of Walker & Dunlop’s Dallas location. He is responsible for developing the sales strategy for multifamily engagements, while playing an instrumental role in establishing and maintaining client relationships. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has closed in excess of $12 billion of multifamily transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Price was a managing director within JLL’s Capital Markets group. Additionally, he was President and Founder of The Apartment Group, a multifamily brokerage and consulting company.

Mr. Price received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant. He was previously acknowledged by his peers as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s Top Brokers in the “D” Magazine in 2017 and in 2018.
