about Jon Hyduke

With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate lending, Jon Hyduke, Senior Director, is responsible for nationwide loan origination, based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Dallas, Texas office. Mr. Hyduke specializes in the origination of multifamily loans through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and has considerable experience originating loans across several property types including hospitality and retail. Throughout his career, Mr. Hyduke has been involved with originating over $3.8 billion in loan volume nationwide.

Mr. Hyduke joined Walker & Dunlop in 2008 as a member of the multifamily underwriting department and was promoted to his current position in 2016 in the multifamily finance department. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hyduke spent two years at Fannie Mae, where he held roles in Multifamily Pricing and Multifamily Acquisitions.

Mr. Hyduke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University. In addition, Mr. Hyduke received his Masters of Sciences in real estate and infrastructure from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
