about Jordan Shea

Jordan Shea, Director, joined Walker & Dunlop as a result of the Deerwood Real Estate Capital (Deerwood) acquisition in January 2017. Mr. Shea is responsible for originating commercial financing opportunities for clients nationwide and is based out of the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office.

Prior to joining Deerwood, Mr. Shea served as a vice president at ConnectOne Bank originating new construction, interim, and permanent loans targeting $5 million - $30 million. Before Deerwood, Mr. Shea served as vice president at TD Bank maintaining, modifying, and restructuring an existing $200 million portfolio. Additionally, he evaluated and structured loan requests based on leverage, cash flow, sponsorship, and experience. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shea served as a teller at providing daily customer service and service on monetary transactions.

Mr. Shea earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ramapo College of New Jersey.
