about Laura Youngberg

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Laura Youngberg, is an Associate Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales. Ms. Youngberg is responsible for the origination and execution of asset and land investment sales, as well as equity capital raises for multifamily assets throughout Tennessee and the surrounding regional markets.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Youngberg was an associate with the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group, where she was responsible for sourcing and underwriting multifamily property marketing and sales throughout the Southeast region. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Youngberg served as a Leasing Executive with Weingarten Realty Investors. There, she negotiated lease renewals and sourced leads for new leases.

Ms. Youngberg earned an MBA from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and she holds a Bachelor of Science in human environmental sciences from The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.
