Logan Zotovich is an Associate Director of Real Estate Finance based in Irvine, California. In his role on the Small Balance Group team, Mr. Zotovich specializes in providing financing for multifamily properties across the nation.

Prior to his role as an Associate Director, Mr. Zotovich held roles as a Senior Analyst for Walker & Dunlop as well as a Transaction Manager at Walker & Dunlop.

Mr. Zotovich graduated with his master's degree from University of Essex in Colchester, England while playing professional volleyball. Before Essex, he graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a major in international studies focusing on global business and economics and a minor in history.
