McKenzie Blanchard is a Senior Director based out of Walker & Dunlop's Atlanta, Georgia office. With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Mrs. Blanchard is responsible for multifamily loan originations nationwide, with a focus on debt financing for market-rate, affordable, student, seniors, and manufactured housing properties. Mrs. Blanchard has a track record of more than $5 billion in loan executions throughout her career. Year over year, Mrs. Blanchard and her team originate and process over $900M in average annual loan volume and are ranked within Walker & Dunlop's top origination teams.

Mrs. Blanchard has been with Walker & Dunlop for 10 years where she began her career as an Underwriting Analyst. Her experience includes arranging senior debt, supplemental debt, and equity placements from various capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life companies, debt funds, and HUD.
