about Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is a Director of Investment Sales as part of Walker & Dunlop's Affordable Housing Platform. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Anderson specializes in project-based Section 8, Section 42, and USDA Rural Development asset transactions nationwide. Over his 5-year career in Affordable Housing, Mr. Anderson has facilitated the acquisition, disposition, and re-development of projects exceeding $750 million.

Mr. Anderson joins Walker & Dunlop from Greystone where he was the Director of Affordable Investment Sales. Prior to Greystone, Mike was responsible for sourcing acquisition rehab investments nationwide at one of the nation's most prominent affordable housing preservation groups, Community Preservation Partners.

Mr. Anderson earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Temple University's Fox School of Business. Mr. Anderson resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and son.
