about Morgan Dowdy

Morgan Dowdy, Associate Director, brings more than seven years of commercial real estate finance experience to Walker & Dunlop’s small balance multifamily loans group. Ms. Dowdy is responsible for arranging financing solutions for multifamily clients throughout the Midwest region with a focus on providing the best possible deal terms and certainty of execution.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2021, Ms. Dowdy served as a Lead Associate in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Customer Engagement division. During her tenure, she was involved in the review and analyses of more than 300 transactions totaling $5.8 billion across multiple product types, including conventional multifamily, small balance loans, green-building certified multifamily, manufactured housing communities, military housing, and student housing.

Ms. Dowdy earned a Bachelor of Science in communication studies from James Madison University as well as a Master of Professional Studies in real estate from Georgetown University.
