about Natalie Dumont

Natalie Dumont is a Director of Production on the Small Balance Group team. In her role, she will focus on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Small Balance Lending, as well as on conventional loans. Bringing more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Dumont specializes in commercial and residential loan origination, portfolio management, business development and relationship management.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Dumont worked for The Community Preservation Corporation where she worked on originating commercial real estate loans to include multifamily/mixed use apartment buildings. Before CPC, she worked for Sabal Capital Partners LLC, where she was responsible for originating commercial real estate loans including multifamily/mixed use apartment buildings and other CRE properties.

Ms. Dumont earned her master’s degree in international economics from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy and her master’s degree in management from Harvard University.
