about Nick Vanderslice

Nick Vanderslice is a Director with Walker & Dunlop’s New York Metro Investment sales team. Mr. Vanderslice is responsible for the team’s underwriting and financial analyses. He is also responsible for content production as well as assisting potential investors in underwriting investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Vanderslice was a Senior Analyst within JLL’s Capital Markets, where he gained experience in both investment sales and GSE underwriting.

Mr. Vanderslice received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College, with a dual major in economics and history.
