about Pat Jones

Pat Jones, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales (WDIS) in April 2015 as part of the Engler Financial Group (EFG) acquisition. Mr. Jones is responsible for origination and execution of investment sales and equity origination of multifamily assets, with a focus on Southeast markets.

Prior to joining WDIS, Mr. Jones served as a managing director at EFG, collaborating on over $7 billion in multifamily investment activity across the company’s footprint with a focus on Atlanta, Georgia and Central Florida.

Prior to joining EFG, Mr. Jones spent three years at Moran & Company, completing $250 million in dispositions. Mr. Jones early career included acquisitions with Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease in the Southeast, where he acquired assets of all product types for their institutional clients. Before Equitable Real Estate, Mr. Jones was a certified public accountant with focus on the real estate industry.

Mr. Jones has a master’s degree in accountancy from The University of Georgia. He also holds a CPA designation and is a licensed real estate salesperson in five states.
