about Paul Darrow

Paul Darrow is a Managing Director of Walker & Dunlop’s Investment Sales platform, based in the company’s Los Angeles, California office. Mr. Darrow is responsible for originating and executing multifamily property sales throughout Los Angeles County, with a focus on middle-market transactions. Having represented high net worth investors and institutions in the middle market space, Paul is unique in his ability to speak service to both clients’ profiles in their very different approaches to investing and divesting multifamily properties. Throughout his nearly 20-year career, Paul has sold over $5 billion of multifamily properties across 300+ transactions which contributes to his block-by-block understanding of the Greater LA market.  An expert on Los Angeles’ diverse real estate landscape, Paul has been quoted in the LA Times, Wall Street Journal, and Los Angeles Business Journal. When he isn’t at the office, he enjoys photography, mountaineering, and is committed to reading a book a week as part of his commitment to growth.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Darrow was a Senior Director at Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on the marketing and disposition of multifamily assets and development opportunities. Previously, he was a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield and a project estimator at Lend Lease.

 Mr. Darrow is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned a BS in building construction. He is also a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a LEED-certified professional.
