about Richie Davis

Richie Davis, Director, is responsible for all aspects of financing including structuring, origination, and deal management for HUD and Agency transactions.

Mr. Davis joined Walker & Dunlop’s FHA Underwriting department in 2014 and transitioned into a production role within the HUD group shortly after. He specializes primarily in the loan programs of HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Throughout his career, Mr. Davis has participated in the origination and underwriting of over $1 billion in transactions, primarily through FHA- and HUD-insured programs and he has experience in a wide variety of transaction types, including the acquisition, refinance, rehabilitation, and construction of multifamily housing and healthcare facilities nationwide.

Mr. Davis earned his Bachelor of Science in management and business from Skidmore College and received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
