about Ryan Chapman

Ryan Chapman is a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets based in Irvine, CA. With more than twenty years of production, operations, and management experience, Mr. Chapman manages the department’s production salesforce in the Western U.S.

Additionally, Mr. Chapman leads the Company’s efforts to stay attuned to changes across all sectors of the commercial real estate finance community. His responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing capital source providers, pursuing new lending relationships, and evaluating processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies across the platform.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Chapman was a senior vice president at Johnson Capital, a commercial real estate capital advisory firm based in Irvine.

Mr. Chapman graduated from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD), where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He received his MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California at Irvine (UCI).
