about Ryan Welch

Mr. Welch joined WDIP in January 2019 and is responsible for managing WDIP’s debt platform, including the origination of senior bridge, permanent and construction loans.

Prior to joining WDIP, Mr. Welch was Vice President in the real estate debt group at Ares Management, an institutional private equity firm based in Los Angeles. In this role, he was responsible for underwriting and originating senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and A/B note structures for value-add and core accounts.

Mr. Welch received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
