about Samuel Tashman

With five years of commercial real estate experience, Samuel Tashman, Director, is responsible for nationwide loan origination based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office. Mr. Tashman has experience in multifamily, retail, and office properties.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Tashman served as a commercial mortgage broker at Meridian Capital Group, where he arranged over $100 million in financing, developed business, and managed client relationships. Additionally, he assisted in financial analysis and negotiated financing structures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tashman served as a business development manager at Saxony Title Agency, where he assisted clients to secure their real estate transactions.
