about Stephanie Pratt

Stephanie Pratt is a Senior Vice President and Small Balance Group Closing Manager for Walker & Dunlop’s Small Balance Group. In her role, Ms. Pratt is responsible for leading the closing department for small loans. She has recently been promoted to Senior Vice President, where her role has transitioned into more of an operations and business lead role.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Pratt worked in closing for Berkeley Point Capital LLC and Newmark Knight Frank. She started off her career as a closing analyst at Greystone Servicing Corporation. Ms. Pratt was approached in 2018 to build the closing team for small balance loans at Walker & Dunlop and joined the team as an Assistant Vice President in 2019. Since then, Ms. Pratt has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Closing Manager and has grown the team to what it is today, overseeing six people who support her in closing. The team began with roughly 40 closed loans in 2019, increasing yearly with 227 loans closed in 2022.

Ms. Pratt earned her bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice/family science and her master’s in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Ms. Pratt represents W&D for WWIRE (Wellness for Women in Real Estate) and is considered a Wonder Woman on the committee for WWIRE. She is also a member of RENEW (Real Estate Network Empowering Women) and CREFC (CRE Finance Council) Women’s Network.
