about Steven Giovangelo

Steven Giovangelo is a Director of Originations at Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. In his role, he is responsible for the acquisition of LIHTC properties in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York. He has over ten years of real estate experience, with five years in affordable housing.

Prior to joining Alliant, Mr. Giovangelo worked at TAG Associates Inc, focusing on management consulting for public housing agencies. Most recently, Mr. Giovangelo held a similar position at PNC Bank, covering the Gulf Coast region.

Mr. Giovangelo graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Economics and Finance.
